When you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Gmail, or Outlook, you authorise Corallo Nexus to act on your behalf within those platforms. You remain responsible for ensuring your use of those platforms through Corallo Nexus complies with their respective terms of service and community standards. We are not liable for any suspension or restriction of your third-party accounts.
Content generated by Corallo Nexus using AI is produced for your review. You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated emails, social posts, and ad copy before approving them. You retain full responsibility for content you approve and send. We do not guarantee accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You own your data — lead records, business profile, and generated content. You may export or delete your data at any time by contacting us. We will not sell your data to third parties.
Corallo Nexus is offered on a subscription basis. Billing is processed securely through Stripe. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to suspend access for unpaid accounts after providing notice.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI generation, social posting, and ad syncing depend on third-party APIs which may experience downtime outside our control. We are not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corallo Digital Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including lost revenue, lost leads, or social account restrictions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice for serious violations (e.g. spam, illegal activity). Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data within 30 days.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Corallo Digital Systems operates. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by local law.
